We utilize a hybrid fulfillment ecosystem. If your order contains both a 1-of-1 physical original and limited merchandise capsule items (like custom socks or mugs), they are processed at separate hubs. Your merchandise is custom printed on-demand, while your original fine art is hand-crated directly inside the artist's studio.

Apparel & Mugs take 3–5 business days of manufacturing time before dispatch. Original 1-of-1 Art requires 5–7 business days for our studio team to safely wrap, crate, and insure your delicate investment piece.

Original physical masterpieces require specialty custom crating, art-safe shock packaging, and full spatial cargo insurance. These high-value cargo shipments are never mixed with standard merchandise rates to guarantee your investment arrives flawlessly.

For security and protection, all physical 1-of-1 original artwork deliveries require a mandatory physical signature upon arrival. Standard merchandise items (socks, tees, mugs) will be dropped off via standard courier tracking without signature rules.

Due to the exclusive nature of our limited-edition releases, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, structural refunds, or exchanges for buyer's remorse or sizing mistakes.

If your order is damaged in transit or contains a clear print defect, please email our studio support team within 7 days of delivery. You must include your order number and clear photographic proof of the damaged exterior package or product issue so we can instantly issue a replacement code.
